Over the past 30+ years, I’ve held management and executive leadership roles, building high-performing teams and empowering people to succeed. Along the way, I earned my MBA in Management and Innovative Leadership, and my passion for mentoring grew stronger than ever.

After years of navigating the corporate world, I decided to step away from the grind and lean into what I love most—helping others uncover their strengths and build
